Deborah Wu, C.F.R.E., joined the CompassPoint ELS consulting team in 2001 and is an executive transitions consultant for nonprofit organizations in the Silicon Valley. She specializes in fundraising and board development as well as interim management and executive search services. With more than 12 years of experience in nonprofit management and board leadership, Deborah has worked with a wide variety of organizations. Deborah has previous work experience in corporate marketing and training. She earned her M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and B.A. from University of California, Davis.
