From San Francisco
Take Folsom Street to 3rd and make a left. Cross Mission Street and make a left on Stevenson Street (just past the Argent Hotel). Parking garage on the left. Our office is right around the corner from the parking lot on Market between 3rd and 4th Street.

From the South Bay
Take Highway 101 to the 280 split. Exit at 6th Street and continue north towards Folsom Street; turn right on Folsom and make a left on 3rd Street. Cross Mission Street and make a left on Stevenson Street (just past the Argent Hotel). Parking garage on the left. Our office is right around the corner from the parking lot on Market between 3rd and 4th Street.

From the East Bay
Take Highway 80 West across the Bay Bridge to San Francisco. Take the Fremont Street exit -- first exit off bridge on the right. Turn left onto Howard Street and then right on 3rd Street. Cross Mission Street and make a left on Stevenson Street (just past the Argent Hotel). Parking garage on the left. Our office is right around the corner from the parking lot on Market between 3rd and 4th Street.

From the North Bay
Take Highway 101 South over the Golden Gate Bridge. Take the Lombard Street/Downtown exit. Turn right onto Van Ness Avenue. Turn left onto Bush Street. Continue about one mile on Bush and then turn right onto Montgomery Street. Cross Market and continue 2 blocks to Howard. Turn right onto Howard and another right on 3rd Street. Cross Mission Street and make a left on Stevenson Street (just past the Argent Hotel). Parking garage on the left. Our office is right around the corner from the parking lot on Market between 3rd and 4th Street.

There are a number of nearby parking lots, the closest is Jesse Square Parking Garage--about one block away. $6 for 2-3 hours; $15 early bird; in by 10am. Additional parking at 5th and Mission.

From Highway 101 or 680
Travel southbound and transfer to 280N.      
Take the Race Street/Southwest Expressway exit toward Meridian Avenue/Race Street. Turn right on Race Street and then make an immediate left on Parkmoor Avenue. The building is on the left hand side. Free parking is available in the front of the building entering off of Parkmoor or behind the building entering off of Race Street.    

From Highway 280
Travel southbound on 280.      
Take the Meridian Avenue exit north.      
Turn right on Parkmoor Avenue. The building is on the right hand side. Free parking is available in the front of the building entering off of Parkmoor or behind the building entering off of Race Street.

Public Transportation Access
The Sobrato Center for Nonprofits is located at the Race Street stop on the Santa Clara Valley Light Rail system. It is approximately 2 miles southwest of the Diridon Caltrain Station in downtown San Jose and 16 miles south of the BART station in Fremont. Coming from the South on 880 (San Jose)
Take the CA Rt 237 Exit to Milpitas. Make a Right at the light (off the exit) onto Calaveras Blvd to Milpitas. You will make an immediate left onto Abbot Ave. Then you will make the next left onto Valley Way (There is an ARCO gas station at the corner). Drive past the Best Western hotel into the Sobrato Center for Nonprofits parking lot. You will go straight through the parking lot to the last building on your left. That's 600 Valley Way. Go into the main entrance (you'll see the wheelchair ramps and glass doors).

Coming from the North on 880 (Fremont)
Take the CA Rt 237 Exit to Milpitas. Make a Left onto Calaveras Blvd to Milpitas and go over 880 (stay on your left). From Downtown San Jose using 1st Street (15 - 20) minutes with light traffic
Take 1st street to 880 and go north on 880. Then follow directions above from San Jose.

From Mountain View or Sunnyvale Take 237 East to Milpitas
Follow to Milipitas, Calaveras Blvd 237 East. You will make an left onto Abbot Ave (just past the 880 interchange). From Highway 680
Take the CA Highway 237 Exit/Calaveras Blvd West to Central Milpitas. Stay on Calaveras Blvd for 1.3 miles and turn right onto Abbot Ave. Then you will make the next left onto Valley Way (There is an ARCO gas station at the corner). Drive past the Best Western hotel into the  Sobrato Center for Nonprofits parking lot. You will go straight through the parking lot to the last building on your left. That's 600 Valley Way. From 101
Take 101 to the 237 East Exit Alviso/Milpitas.  Stay on 237 for about 7 miles until the highway ends and takes you into Milpitas - Calaveras Blvd 237 East. You will make an left onto Abbot Ave (just past the 880 interchange). Then you will make the next left onto Valley Way (There is an ARCO gas station at the corner). Drive past the Best Western hotel into the  Sobrato Center for Nonprofits parking lot. You will go straight through the parking lot to the last building on your left. That's 600 Valley Way. Public Transportation:
Civic Center Plaza is serviced by all AC Transit lines and by BART. The BART station servicing Civic Center Plaza is 12th Street/City Center. After disembarking from the train, exit the station via the 14th Street exit. This exit opens on Broadway and 14th Street. City Hall and the Civic Center Plaza will be visible from the exit. As you look across the Civic Center Plaza, the De Domenico Building is the brick and glass structure to the right of City Hall.

From San Francisco/Bay Bridge
Take the Highway 580 exit. Take the Highway 980/Downtown Oakland exit. Take the 18th Street exit towards 14th Street. Stay straight to go onto Brush St. Turn left onto 17th Street. Turn right onto Clay Street. See below for parking options.

From Eastern Contra Costa County
Take Highway 24 west through the Caldecott Tunnel. Take the Highway 980/Downtown Oakland exit. Take the 18th Street exit towards 14th Street. Stay straight to go onto Brush St. Turn left onto 17th Street. Turn right onto Clay Street. See below for parking options.

From Pleasanton/Livermore
Take Highway 580 to Oakland. Take the Highway 980/Downtown Oakland exit. Take the 18th Street exit towards 14th Street. Stay straight to go onto Brush St. Turn left onto 17th Street. Turn right onto Clay Street. See below for parking options.

From the Oakland Airport
Take 880 North to the Broadway exit in Downtown Oakland. Make a right at the first light onto Broadway. Make a left onto 8th Street. Make a right onto Clay Street. Make a right on 16th Street. See below for parking options

Parking Information:
There are four parking structures that service the Civic Center Plaza. The closest parking is beneath the Dalziel Building close to the De Domenico Building; the entrance to this garage is on 16th Street between Clay and Telegraph. Parking is available in the City Center Garage, which is located beneath City Center, accessed via entrances on 14th Street between 1300 Clay Street and 505 14th Street buildings, or via 11th Street just past Clay Street. There is also a parking structure located on Clay between 14th Street and 16th Street. Finally, there is a large parking structure, City Center Garage West, which is located on the corner of 12th Street and Jefferson Street, and accessed via entrances on 12th Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Way (across from Preservation Park).
