If we&rsquo\;re going to shift power across our organizations\, transforming the way white su pervisors show up is key.\n \n This training provi des tools and space with peers to deepen your comm itment to dismantling white supremacy culture and practice liberatory and transformational supervisi on skills.\n \n This is a space for white supervis ors to reflect on and practice skills to interrupt fragility\, defensiveness\, paternalism\, and oth er habits that get in the way of sharing power &nd ash\; without relying on Black\, Indigenous\, and other People of Color to do the work for us.\n \n We will build shared commitments toward sharing po wer and dismantling white supremacy in our supervi sion relationships and across teams\, explore acco untability\, practice designing liberatory supervi sory relationships\, and build on important skills like receiving feedback. We&rsquo\;ll also get gr ounded in a shared history of supervision and raci al capitalism and how it links to the current cont ext of BIPOC suppression and exclusion in nonprofi ts and social justice organizations.\n \n Who is t his training for?\n \n This is a space for white s upervisors who work at nonprofit organizations and /or in social justice movement spaces who are read y to take on the work of sharing power and dismant ling white supremacy in their supervision practice s.
