When we coach each other\, we center self-determination\, create space for accou ntability\, and unlock each other&rsquo\;s gifts.& nbsp\; \;\n \n  \;\n \n Patriarchy\, white supremacy\, and capitalism thrive when &ldquo\;so lutions&rdquo\; are imposed on our bodies and our communities without our participation or consent. For BIPOC leaders especially\, coaching skills can be a powerful way to bring our wisdom\, experienc es\, and creativity front and center.\n \n  \; \n \n Who is this training for?\n \n  \;\n \n This is a space for participants who are Black\, I ndigenous\, and People of Color\n \n  \;\n \n We hope that these trainings will invite BIPOC lea ders to build power by building community\, share more honestly about the challenges they face\, and deepen their learning by sharing time and space w ith their peers. Thi s offering is not limited to positional leaders\, but can be especially helpful if you&rsquo\;re a m anager or supervisor. Please b e ready to participate in group discussions and sh are your experience\, creativity\, questions\, and challenges with us. In particular\, you will prac tice coaching skills with other participants (both as a coach and coachee).
