Cartoon Transcript:

Panel 1: At top says, "Jorge Flores of Palo Alto, CA volunteered to create a database for an agency in 1999-and COMPLETED IT!" Shows computer screen with database fields. "Even more amazing -- he's still available for SUPPORT!" Shows Jorge on the phone saying, "Redesign all the screens? Sure, I'll be right over."
Panel 2: "Meg Birch of Millard, OH had a computer problem and READ the MANUAL!" Shows her at the computer saying, "Wow - it worked!" "...She instantly became the office Techie!"
Panel 3: "Jenny Chen of Highpeaks, KS ended up on 50 Committees!" Shows her saying, "Uh oh - the party planning committee is meeting at the same time as the diversity committee." "Eventually she forgot what her JOB WAS!" Shows her saying, "I think it had something to do with clients... or did it?"
