Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Fundraising Bright Spots Program.

All cancellations should be done in writing (via email or fax). 

  • 100% of fees refunded if cancellation received by August 3, 2016 11:59pm Pacific Time. 
  • 90% of fees refunded if cancellation is received after August 3 and by August 17, 2016 11:59pm Pacific Time.
  • 50% of fees refunded if cancellation is received after August 17 and September 2, 2016 11:59pm Pacific Time.
  • No refunds after August 31, 2016.
