SHARED LEADERSHIP

The Alliance for Community Transformations is an organization on the rise. We worked with this newly merged organization in Merced and Mariposa Counties to develop a STRATEGIC, SHARED LEADERSHIP FRAMEWORK that has impacted and empowered staff members on every level. Everyone is empowered to lead and there is a system of feedback, transparency, and accountability.

EMERGING LEADERSHIP

Monica Arrambide is an emerging leader who participated in our Next Generation Leaders of Color Program. In a highly personal audio account, Monica tells the story of how NGLC gave her the skills and support to reclaim her power as a leader. And it has made all the difference in moving her to the next stage of her career and personal goals.

LEADERSHIP TRANSITION

Donaldina Cameron House is a 139-year-old organization based in San Francisco's Chinatown. CompassPoint recently worked with the organization on two EXECUTIVE TRANSITIONS. The organization faced head-on a trying and ultimately transformative process of defining its strategic path and leadership goals that will steer the organization for years to come.

And, as leaders, it's our job to take thoughtful risks and "try on" new ideas. In this spirit of taking a fresh look at common frameworks, we're shifting the model of the traditional annual report - testing methods and timeframes. Components of this annual report focus on the previous year's results, but the strength of our story is in how the impact of CompassPoint's work in the community reveals itself and expands in multifold ways - crossing months and years, organizational roles, programs, and beyond. We hope you enjoy this journey.
