About Bianca
[Pronouns: she/ her/ hers]

As a Project Coordinator, Bianca handles workshop communications and ensures our participants are supported every step of the way, from initial registration to post-workshop evaluation. Bianca is a key member of our Program Operations team and co-creates accessible and welcoming learning experiences in our workshops as a tech facilitator.

Bianca is a recent graduate student of Leadership Studies whose mission in life is to help individuals, teams, and programs reach their fullest potential. With over six years of experience as a Program, Project, and Operations Manager, Bianca’s passion lies in bringing diverse individuals together to build authentic relations based on trust, respect, love, and unity, in spaces that foster belonging, collaboration, community, and continuous learning and growth.

Bianca is a proud Chingona, continuing the legacy of her ancestors as a Salvadorian and Indigenous-Mexican woman. She resides in the Bay Area and loves being outdoors, connecting to nature through hiking, kayaking, and meditation walks. In her free time, you can find Bianca exploring locally owned coffee shops, microbreweries, and restaurants with family and friends!
