The CompassPoint 40 Campaign
CompassPoint is 40 years old! Forty years of service to thousands of nonprofit leaders and organizations. Forty years of influencing the practice of capacity-building nationwide. Forty years of shining a light on the emerging needs of the people on the front lines of social change. One reason for our longevity as an organization is that we have never stopped learning and evolving. And we know the next 40 years will require of us even more substantive change to support the transforming work of social justice leaders, organizations, and movements.
The CompassPoint 40 Campaign will ensure we are equipped for that change: building a diverse group of leaders and capacity-building practitioners, developing new methodologies to support leaders working in profoundly different ways, and always sharing our learnings in real time with the field. Please invest so that we may set out with strength on the journey of our next 40 years.
