Simone is a Project Director at CompassPoint who embodies a life filled with awe, deep curiosity, and purpose. In her role as a program designer, facilitator, and mistress of play and experimentation, she tends to various facets of programming, program operations, consulting, culture, and community within the organization.

As a Black Queer Mama and Fairy, Simone lives her life with unapologetic joy. She celebrates imagination, practice, reclaiming one's time, and the nurturing of intuition. For Simone, critical self-reflection, community care, and authenticity are not just values but essential tools for innovative and sustainable transformation.

Simone's passion lies in decolonizing systems and replacing them with love and liberatory practices, drawing on the wisdom of Black Feminist Theory. When she's not immersed in her work, you'll find her diving into Afrofuturism, cooking meals with her mini, singing karaoke, frolicking in nature, going for long runs, and waiting for the reoccurring plot twist.
