SELF-CARE FOR BLACK WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: TRAIN THE TRAINERS
Self-Care for Black Women in Leadership Program is expanding through a Train the Trainers retreat. We are stepping back from our regular programming to invite a group of 11 participants to learn to facilitiate our Self-Care for Black Women in Leadership content.
Black women are reclaiming our power. We affirm that self-care is a radical act of self preservation and essential to all of our individual and collective journeys. Our vision is to support and develop you as trainers and facilitators of this content, so the movement to center the personal and collective care of Black women leaders can continue to expand ripple by ripple.
This is a six-day, in-person learning retreat, from Sunday, August 21 through Friday August 26, 2022 (*Sunday and Friday will be half-day sessions). [Read our COVID protocols here].
You’ll experience all of the content from the program (focusing on three main areas: Mind, Body and Spirit) through the lens of a facilitator. We’ll create space to build community, learn the content, get into the facilitator’s mindset, and practice facilitation in teams.
Registration for 2022 is Closed!
