Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers
We can only issue a full refund if you cancel (at least) ten business days before the date of your training. There will be a $15 processing fee for all cancellations within or before ten business days of your training date.
We can provide a 50% refund if you cancel seven-to-nine business days before the date of your training.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds if you cancel within six business days or less of the date of your training.
The reason we enforce this policy is to make sure that we have strong attendance (which benefits everyone’s learning experience!) and so that we can know well in advance if spots become available for waitlisted participants.
We know things come up and that plans change! We will do our best to accommodate requests for transfers, but it's always best to make sure you can attend all training dates before completing any registration.
We can only accommodate one transfer per person per training. If we've transferred you once, we can offer a cancellation refund (if you're eligible), but cannot guarantee further transfers.
Transfers may include changing your registration to another date (if available) or transferring your registration to another person at your organization.
Please let us know as far in advance as possible of your upcoming training date if you need a transfer. We cannot guarantee that last-minute requests for transfers will be granted.
All transfers are subject to a $15 processing fee.
