Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers
CANCELLATIONS
We can only issue a full refund if you cancel (at least) ten business days before the date of your training. There will be a $15 processing fee for all cancellations within or before ten business days of your training date.
We can provide a 50% refund if you cancel seven-to-nine business days before the date of your training.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds if you cancel within six business days or less of the date of your training.
We also don’t provide refunds if you’ve already transferred your registration once.
The reason we enforce this policy is to make sure that we have strong attendance (which benefits everyone’s learning experience!) and so that we can know well in advance if spots become available for waitlisted participants.

TRANSFERS
We know things come up and that plans change! We will do our best to accommodate requests for transfers, but it's always best to make sure you can attend all training dates before completing any registration.
Please let us know as far in advance as possible of your upcoming training date if you need a transfer.
The deadline to request a transfer is 48-hours before the start of your training.
We can only accommodate one transfer per person per training.
Transfers may include changing your registration to another date (if available) or transferring your registration to another person at your organization.
All transfers are subject to a $15 processing fee.
