Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers


We can only issue a full refund if you cancel (at least) ten business days before the date of your training. 

We can provide a 50% refund if you cancel seven-to-nine business days before the date of your training. 

We can’t provide refunds if you cancel within six business days or less of the date of your training. 

We also don’t provide refunds if you’ve already transferred your registration once.

The reason we enforce this policy is to make sure that we have strong attendance (which benefits everyone’s learning experience!) and so that we can know well in advance if spots become available for waitlisted participants.

(Note: foundation-sponsored registrations can be cancelled and refunded at least 7 business days before the workshop start date, and are ineligible for partial refunds.)

We know things come up and that plans change! We will do our best to accommodate requests for transfers, but it's always best to make sure you can attend all training dates before completing any registration

We can only accommodate one transfer per person per training. Transfers include the following:

  • Changing your registration to another date (of the same workshop, if available)
  • Changing your registration to another workshop (of the same fee value)
  • Transferring your registration to another person at your organization

Note: Discounted registrations (including Bulk, Peer Network, and foundation-sponsored discounts) are only eligible for transfers to another person within your organization (or in your community) for the same workshop date. These registrations cannot be transferred to a different workshop date.

Please let us know as far in advance as possible of your upcoming training date if you need a transfer. We cannot guarantee last-minute transfer requests and they are ineligible once the workshop has begun.
