We know things come up and plans change! You can now make changes to your own registration up to 3 days before the offering begins. Click the “Manage tickets” link in your confirmation email to access the self-serve features.
Transfers and Credits
You can cancel your own registration to receive a credit up to 3 days before the offering begins. The credit will be provided in the form of a voucher code, equivalent to the original amount paid for your registration. The voucher can be used by you or a peer/colleague and applied towards any of our current offerings. Vouchers expire one year from the date they are issued.
With this new self-serve feature, you no longer need to contact us to transfer your registration to a colleague or another offering. Please use the self-cancellation option to receive a voucher, and re-register yourself or your colleague using the voucher code. Contact us at workshops@compasspoint.org if you are having any issues.
Refunds
If you need to cancel and would like to receive a refund to the original form of payment, contact us at workshops@compasspoint.org at least two weeks (10 business days) before the first day of the workshop or program. We do not issue refunds for requests made two weeks or less before the first day of the workshop.
