Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Fundraising Bright Spots Program.

All cancellations should be done in writing (via email or fax). 

  • 100% of fees refunded if cancellation received by August 21, 2016 11:59pm Pacific Time. 
  • 90% of fees refunded if cancellation is received after August  21 and by September 7, 2016 11:59pm Pacific Time.
  • 50% of fees refunded if cancellation is received after September 7 and September 19, 2016 11:59pm Pacific Time.
  • No refunds after September 19th
