Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers
CANCELLATIONS
We can only issue a full refund if you cancel (at least) ten business days before the date of the first event of this series. There will be a $15 processing fee for all cancellations within or before ten business days of your training date.
We can provide a 50% refund if you cancel seven-to-nine business days before the date of your training.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds if you cancel within six business days before the first event of this series.
TRANSFERS
This series is non-transferable! Unfortunately, we cannot transfer this registration to another training at CompassPoint.
